A code reader from the parts store tells you a code. It doesn't tell you why. A code for an oxygen sensor can be a bad sensor, a wiring problem, an exhaust leak, or something else entirely. Guess wrong and you've paid for a part you didn't need.
We use a professional scan tool, live data and hands-on testing to find the cause. Then we show you what we found and give you the price before any repair starts.
What we diagnose
- Check engine light, solid or flashing
- ABS, traction control and other dash warning lights
- Rough idle, misfires, hesitation and stalling
- Poor fuel economy
- Problems that come and go
- Issues another shop or mechanic couldn't find
Flashing check engine light?
A flashing light usually means a misfire bad enough to damage the catalytic converter. Take it easy, don't drive it far, and give us a call. Since we come to you, you don't have to risk driving it anywhere.
What you get
A straight answer on what's wrong, what it'll take to fix, and what it costs. No upselling. If it can wait, we'll tell you. Repairs we do are covered for 12 months or 12,000 miles, parts and labor.
What customers say
One heck of a mechanic , I will definitely use them again !
He made sure what the problem was before just replacing parts and got my van back to running again . I have been looking for a mechanic that I can call when I need something done without having issues and thinking I’m getting ripped off .
They are your go to guys and I highly recommend.

Questions people ask
Can you diagnose my car at my house?
Yes. We bring the scan tool and test equipment to your home, work or wherever the car is parked.
Is my check engine light serious?
A solid light means something needs attention soon. A flashing light usually means an active misfire, and you should stop driving it and call. Either way, testing tells you for sure.
The parts store already read my code. Why do I need diagnostics?
A code points to a system, not a part. Testing finds the actual cause so you don't replace parts that weren't broken.
How much is a diagnostic?
Text us what's going on and we'll give you the diagnostic cost before we come out. Repair prices are always given before work starts.
